Development, building and implementation of a adhesive automation system with dosing management system
We collaborated closely with the client on this undertaking and oversaw the creation, assembly, and initiation of the dispensing management system, dispensing handling aided by a KUKA 6-axis robot, and higher-level automation.
Due to the compact rotating tower designed to meet the customer's individual requirements (lack of space), switching between different dispensing systems is possible in no time at all.
The adhesive automation has been created for demonstration purposes and requires minimal protective barriers that may obstruct viewing. The use of non-contact safety devices ensures 100% safety of exhibition attendees.
The customer also has the option of testing malleable adhesive contours on different batteries using this adhesive automation.
