Data Protection - Privacy Policy

We take the protection of personal data very seriously. We would like you to know when we store data, which data we store, and how we use it. We have taken technical and organisational measures to ensure that the regulations on data protection are observed.

Data protection rights

You have the right at any time to request exact details of the data stored about you, to inspect this data (in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR) and to request that inaccurate data about you be corrected (in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR) or that the stored data be completely or partially deleted (in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR). You also have the right to restrict processing (in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR) and the right to data transferability (in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR).

Web applications

Use of cookies
Cookies are used on our pages. A cookie is a small data record that can be stored on your hard disk. This data record is generated by the web server with which you have established a connection via your web browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator or Mozilla Firefox) and then sent to you. The cookie enables you to be recognised when you visit the website without having to re-enter data that you have already entered previously.

Most browsers are currently set by default to automatically accept cookies. However, you have the option of setting your browser to refuse cookies or to display them previously. However, switching off cookies does not always allow you to open parts of the homepage without errors. In addition, you can also delete cookies from your system (e.g. in Windows Explorer) at any time. Please use the help function in your operating system for this purpose.

Anonymous data collection
As a matter of principle, you can visit the non-personalised web pages of our company without telling us who you are. We only learn the name of your internet service provider (your IP address), the website from which you visit us, the date, time and the pages you visit on our website. This information is evaluated for statistical purposes. As an individual user, you remain anonymous.

Personal data
Personal data is information relating to you as a person. This includes information such as your name, address, postal address and telephone number. Information that cannot be directly linked to your real identity (such as length of stay on the website or number of users of the website) is not included. Personal data is only collected on our website if you provide it to us voluntarily, for example when filling out a registration form or registering for personalised services. The data you enter in the form will only be stored in relation to the respective purpose. For example, we need your complete address to process applications. Your data will not be passed on to third parties.
